The FDG team oversaw all elements of the complex renovation, including tenant lease negotiation, deal structuring, financing, design, construction, accounting, contract compliance and delivery to tenant. The Ross Dress for Less store is located in a portion of the first floor of a renovated former 100,000sf anchor store space. Renovations include interior demolition of entire building, replacement of existing slab, roof and HVAC system replacement, installation of a new store front, as well as exterior façade and parking lot renovations. Ross Dress for Less was in Tenant Turn Key condition with interior finishes complete.
